Can't find out were the high pitch rattle sound is coming from timing belt is about 20k old everything is tight and sprayed belts with dressing and still there any help would be appreciated thanks

 

There is an idler bearing under the timing cover and water pump. Altenator and a/c compressor clutch are possibilities also. A piece of hose held to your ear or a stick can help pinpoint it. Remove the drive belt and run it to see if it is outside or inside the timing cover.

 

I figured out the squeaking was my power steering belt tensioner but I am now trying to figure out the knocking sound could this be my lifters?
