My Heater Blower Motor Quit???
Heres the story, I was driving and it was cold, so i turned on my heater!, and it did not blow. I found a lil black thing, might be a relay i think? But my blower motor does not work. but the switch is good. Does the heater blower motor have a relay on it? My 4-wd i got, got the same black relay thing cep its under the dash board, my 2-wd is under the hood, with wires running inside to a bunch more wires..... but any way does the blower motor have a relay on it??
its not my fuse, i tested it, and crossed the circuts with a wire, still did not work... help its cold....

RE: My Heater Blower Motor Quit???
The first place to check is the circuit breaker, make sure the red button is pushed in. I have included a pic. (I looked up a 1990 model). If that is good, then get a volt meter and test to see if there is voltage to the blower motor. If 12V is present, the motor is out. If there is no voltage is to the motor, then you need to check the blower resistor which should be located behind the glove box. The blower resistor is how you get multiple speeds.
