Default motor swaps

What is requried to do a motor swap to put the 2.2 turbo motor from a 626/mx6/probe to a mazda b2200, can i save my oriinal motor mounts

The engines you mentioned use the same shortblock except they have lower compression pistons so the block will go right in, or if yours is in good shape you can just leave your shortblock intact. The turbo setup is kind of hard unless you already have a FI engine. The 12-valve cylinder head on those cars bolt on but the distributor and intake manifold interfere with the firewall on the truck.
