Default just finsihed my new bumper/winch

finished my new bumper the other day, the stocker just wasnt cutting it and i wanted to add a winch. with nothing available aftermarket wise i made my own. i used 2x4x.25 rectangular tubing 20ft of that cost $173 with about 2 ft leftover. The braces i used 2x2x.25 i bought a leftover piece 13 ft cost $73 dollars, and have about 10ft left over.
lights are LED ambers that i got from autozone, and just tractor lights from any farm shop or trailer place. ive found these work the best because they are sealed, 55w, flood pattern and cheap if something happens. no sense spending the outrageous prices for kc's or hella's.

its welded to stock bumper bracket, also the bolt that goes in the top of the bracket was reused. i had to unbolt the body lift block one side at a time to weld it in there, im not sure without a body lift how difficult it would be

got it as tight as possible, only had to trim a little off of the grill to switch between engage/freespool

winch is a tmax12500 with their boomer box, no longer standard solenoid box, smaller, and also has wireless built iinto the controller. 6.6 hp, 264 to 1 gear ratio. $848 shipped from rockyroad4x4. i actually ordered the 10000lb winch, and this one was sent, but it came with the older style of solenoids and controller and it wouldnt work with how tight i was wanting to mount it because it needs to be mounted on the two bars running across the top of the winch, so a phone call and they sent the correct controller out. so not only did i receive the larger winch but also an extra soleniod pack, so i got a pretty good deal, any questions let me know.
