Default I drove my B5700 today.

Today i got registration and insurance and i drove it around my town. my truck is awsome for all you that dont know what i did i put a 350 cubic inch chevy motor in it. any ways it hauls ***. it has so much power it is fun to drive and it doesnt have to much power so that i am all over the road. it was well wort the effort of putting it in there. if i wouldnt of done any thing to it it would still be sitting there dead. my brother was driving the truck and ran the old engine out of oil and wiped the bottom out. so i told my self that i could either rebuild the old motor for over $1500 or buy a cheap 350 with a good tranny and rear end and swap it out so i did and this is were i stand.

Glad to see you got the whole thing altogether. I am sure it is a blast to drive. The mech I used to work next to did a similar thing and I went for a ride with. Holy Crap that thing accelerates and sounds sweet. Post some picts if you have some and I will get Mike to let me do the same. Nice work. I know it takes a lot to adapt an engine like that to this truck.

some people want me to either drop it and put a 13BTT from an RX-7 or lift it and drop a Fule Injected 5.0 in there... but i like it where it is...
with only 160hp and a 4.10 LSD rear end 5 speed i have some pick up (nothing fast) so id hate to see it with nearly twice the power.
