Default heater blower motor
why would the heater motor only work on high ? the motor does not turn on any other setting. just high.

on high the blower get full 12 volts (???? amps)
the blower resister controls the lower speeds
normal located close to the blower itself
no year/model so cant tell you for sure on its location
