Good garage near Reno, NV...
 

Hi there! WE have a 2004 Mazda B2300 that we are getting ready to gift to our grandson. It needs some work so we are looking for a garage near Reno, NV to use. WE have found word of mouth to be the best way to find something like this..We use Dynamic Diesel for our other truck, but they won't work on the Mazda. The Mazda has a/c problems (no cold air )...and a noise that we can't trace down...Any help is appreciated!!

You DO know that your 2004 Mazda B2300 is essentially IDENTICAL to a 2004 Ford Ranger, correct? For AC, find an auto AC shop where AC is their business, not a sideline like at Brake-O (avoid those at all costs). So your AC system should be EXACTLY the same as the Ranger. Those vehicles were made on the same assembly line, one after the other; some exterior trim was different. Starting with 1994 year, all Mazda trucks in USA were same as Rangers. If Dynamic Diesel isn't smart enough to know that, I'd be wary.

By the way, Ford Rangers had some issues with the spring-lock connectors leaking refrigerant....not one of Ford's better ideas...
