Getting old gas out of tank
 

Hi... I have a 98 Mazda pickup, basically the Ford Ranger I think, it has a tankful of old gas. Does anyone know of a magic solution, the gas intake has a bend and something like a ball valve inside that prevents siphoning... there's no drain plug on the tank.
