Crank no start
i recently bought a 91 B2200 and the person I bought it from said he replaced the head gasket and the timing needed to be adjusted. I adjusted the timing, replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and still it cranks and no start. I pulled a plug and it smelled like straight gasoline. So I assumed no spark. I pulled the plug and put the wire on it and grounded it and there's a dull yellow/orange spark. What causes this!?
