I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any company other then mazda that make this part. I phoned mazda today to find out they want $250 for this part. I think I might be finding a wrecker unless I can buy it somewhere else.

 

That's a pretty specific part that probably wouldn't have much need for replacement. I would suspect Mazda is the only manufacturer. Check a wrecking yard for a cheaper alternative

 

is it just the bracket or the bearing??

the pulley and bearing from gates or dayco.

it's a 1993 b2200 it looks like one piece bracket and bearing. Can you get just the bearing?

 

I phoned mazda again and they have it at as part of the bracket but I can't see why you couldn't just replace the bearing if you can get one

 

the bearing can be pressed out.

if you can get a # off it it'll help cross it.

in canada i goto canadian bearing. they usally have it or can order overnight.
states have no idea other than autoparts store's.

not a bearing but should give you the idea of 2 sockets and vise.
