B2000 Carb conversion
I'm looking to get a little more power out of my totally stock 86 B2000. Has anyone installed the Weber 38 DGES carb Kit? If so, any problems and is there more power?

RE: B2000 Carb conversion
I finally installed the Weber 38DGES on Saturday. It went very smoothly thanks to "Cusser"'s info on a "Weber swap" topic and the pictures of his carb on his site. It took about the same amount of time it took Gilligan to wreck the SS Minnow (about three hours). It doesn't feel a hole lot faster but feels like there is more torque. It sounds good though, real throaty. I've done a lot of stuff to this truck since I bought it in 1993. Some day I'll put some pics up here and show you all the stuff I've done.
