Dan Atkins on Mazdatruckin is an expert at this swap and knows a place to get bolt-in engine mounts to do it. For the transmission you will either need to have the rotary bell housing to put on your truck transmission, or you will need the truck tail housing and shifter mechanism off the pickup to put on the rotary transmission to bolt it in without modifications. Everything else would be wiring and mounting miscellanious stuff like the oil cooler and stuff.
