Mazda BT 50 & Pickup Trucks While Mazda may not be known for their trucks, they have always produced quality reliable trucks for both hauling cargo, or simply crusing. BT 50

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would share with me the different year/model's engines that will transfer to my truck. I have heard (but never verified it) that the engine is a F2 and used in these models:[*]1988-1992 Mazda 626[*]1988-1992 Mazda MX-6[*]1988-1992 Ford Probe[*]1987-1999 Mazda B2200

Is this true? If so, can any of these engines go into my truck? What about tranny interface? Are the heads the same? In short, what would I be required to do to install one of these engines as a swap? Also, can you buy 'crate' engines for this truck?

Thank you for your time and help!

Daniel
