92 B2200 Starting Problem
I have a 92 B2200 EFI (California truck). Turns over, fires, runs for a second then dies.Good Spark, good fuel delivery to the rail. Have replaced distributor cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator and what I think was a control module (1" square unit on fender, drivers side). I have it boiled down to the camshaft sensor- what do you guys think? And if so- can I just replace it or do I have to replace the entire distributor? Looks like I have to replace the whole thing. I'm out of options, and out of money and need to get to work! Thanks for any help you might give!

A little help, Please!!!
Over 70 people have looked at my problem and NO One has replied!! I REALLY NEED HELP! I AM STUMPED!!! I have, in addition to the work above, now purchased a new distributor and the reaction is the same... It starts, runs for a second, then dies. So the cam sensor is not the culprit.. I KNOW IT IS A FUEL DELIVERY PROBLEM!!
My new question: is there some gadget or sensor somewhere that has the power to shut off the fuel if it senses something is wrong (ie; low oil, crash, etc.). I know most modern cars have that feature. Could this be what is faulty and is shutting off my fuel after intial fire up? PLEASE HELP ME! I need to get to work in the AM!
