Default 91 B2600i: Starting woes

I'm currently working on a 91 B2600i and there is no spark. I have replaced the ECU, distributer, ignition mod, coil and ignition switch. New plugs, wires, cap and rotor..... still no spark. The engine will turn over, but nothing. 12v going to the coil, ohm's are within spec. Any suggestions out there? I would hate to go to the dealer, but that is what might happen.

Gearhead,
I will have to think hard about your problem. Are you sure that both of the ECUs were good? Do you have a OEM maintenance manual? Is this where you are getting your OHM numbers from? Where do you live?
Do you have an extra ECU? Mine just "$hit the bed" and I can't find one. It is a G609 18 881.
