1994 Mazda B3000 idle too high
 

I have a B3000 with over 300,000 miles I recently purchased. It was running rough, the intake air duct was broken and duct taped up and I assumed it was messing with the MAF. I replaced the air duct and it runs better but the idle is up around 2000rpm. I backed off the idle screw to the point it almost falls out and still can't get the idle down.
