Default 1992 B2600i Timing

Hey guys,
As my issue with the engine was resolved (see post about idles fine will not rev...) I have moved on to other stuff. I just replaced the belts and rad hoses. I want to check the timing but the hood sticker says 5 deg BTDC "with idle tester hooked up" (or something to that effect).

Does anyone know what this is? I don't wnat to ignore it and set at 5 deg and then have it end up being way over advanced.

Any advice much appreciated......RH

Found it. It's a green connector with red wire on passenger side firewall. It needs to be grounded before adjusting idle speed and timing.
