Default 1989 B2200 clutch

Hello there guys my problem is when the clutch is pushed in i cant get it into gear at all.Igot a brand new clutch master and slave and blead them but still no dissengage in the clutch.I got the truck from a man and all he told me was that the clutch is bad.Well if the clutch is bad the clutch would slip when it was put in gear.It goes into gear fine but the clutch isnt letting me dissengage or engageonce engine is running.I know i might have to pull the tranny out and check the clutch. It might be bad or not if anybody can help that would be great.Another thing does anybody know were the transmission fluid bolt is to check for fluid in the tranny? again if someone can help that would be great.

The check plug on should be on the side of the transmission. After you have replaced the master and slave cylinder for the clutch, do you have a full clutch pedal? I guess what I'm asking is the pedal firm? A clutch kit is somewhere around 200 bucks. If you are going to pull the transmission, if it were me I would go ahead and replace all of this (clutch, pressure plate, release bearing, pilot bearing). It may not be a bad idea to have someone check out the transmission. I know this isn't a big help, but I don't know any other way of knowing unless you pull the tranny. Maybe one of these other guys might know something else to check.

try to check the clutch it might be bad and needs a replacement. there are lots of clutch kit available in the market. I had problems with my clutch before, it turned out that I need to replace the mazda release bearing as well as the pressure plate. anyways, in pulling out your transmission be sure you do it right as well as in putting it back. be very careful and see to it that it is installed correctly to avoid problems.. good luck

ok what you described is a throwout OR the release berring is toasted... when you push the clutch in it stays in, goes in gear and pedal stays on the floor, ie it dont RELEASE or THROWOUT the fork to push the fluid to raise the pedal.. i gots a 91 2600 does the same thing.. new clutch is 200+ BUT you may get away with new berrings, I would swap out with all new though.

Pretty commonly it is the pilot bearing. It locks onto the input shaft and keeps it turning resulting in poor or no shift. It all adds up to clutch assembly though. A bad pilot bearing can screw up your input shaft though so it needs replaced asap.
