Default 1988 B2200 coolant leak

Hello guys
Just rebuilt my 1988 B2200 motor. And when I was filling it with coolant (thinking I finally did it) it pours all the coolant out. The stream is cooming from the front of the motor from the passanger side... And is frustrating...
Help!

How "front" of the engine? Well, the thermostat housing in on passenger side, up front on the cylinder head. There are also three small coolant bypass hoses on the passenger side, two are under the manifold, I replaced all three on my 1988 B2200 three years ago "just because of age/accessibility" when I re-did my own engine. There's also coolant in the intake manifold and it mates to the cylinder head.

Posting pictures with arrows added to show leakage spot would be helpful. Hope it's not between the cylinder head/head gasket/block area....

Hey cusser! I think I found it. I believe it was the front base that holds the ignition. The machine Shop didnt put the gasket. I sealed it with permatex silicone and will see tomorrow if that fixes it...

Great investigation !!! That sure needs a gasket or RTV there, that's for sure.

I remember mine coming back from the machine shop without a gasket there, and on loosely, because I did not supply the machine shop with the gasket from the gasket set.
they reminded me, and I installed that myself. I think you'll be fine with RTV if you didn't have the gasket.
