You're going to need to remove the rad, the fan, all the cooling hoses to the rad. both belts, remove the center support, and the grill. Get an impact wrench with a 21mm socket, and unbolt the lower front pulley assembly.
Once you have the assembly off, then the front seal is easy to remove, a small pick and dig it out, oil a new one, and slide it in where the old one came out, and reassmble the truck..
in/out takes about 2hrs each way.
