Default Will a K8 block fit on my 2.5 KLZE???

So i recently found a guy on ebay who has 5 k8 blocks for sale and I was thinking of buying one. I have a KLZE motor 2.5L in which I need a block for now. Im pretty good with these Mazda motors I just wasnt sure if the k8 blockwould fit. the top end of my motor is fine and he is selling these blocks brand new for a great price.Help me out guys. Thanks

The k8 block will not work. your best bet would be to get a used klde and use the block off that. Put your ze pistons in, and if you can upgrade your rods. then use your kl31 heads and so on.

While your at it swap the intake valve retainers over from the klde to the ze heads.
