noise and vibration on freeway
I have a 93 mazda mx-3 V-6. when I drive my car on freeway up to 75 mph, i could hear some noise with vibration. Does anyone know what might cause the noise and vibration? Might it be the wheel bearing?
thanks for helping! |

Does your wheel vibrate as well? i had that problem with one of my cars. It turns out that a wheel was missing a weight so it would throw off the balance at high speed. might be the problem.

nope, I didn't feel any vibration from the wheel. it's weird when I turn the wheel slightly to the left or right, the noise and the vibration will be gone.

i had the same problem wit my 94 4cyl..mine was in the rear tires..when i got them all balenced n aligned..problem wen t away for the most part..road noise in most mx3's is normal..that was a downfall in making them..plus if u drive rough roads..remeber its a uni-body so it might bend n that will cause it as well..
