So i didn't really think about this possible problem until after i bought this car. At the time of this thread i do not have the car yet,but i bought a 1995 autozam az3 5speed. And i'm pretty sure it's the Japanese 1.5 16 valve dohc bd5 motor. So my question for someone if possible is what can i do for parts when i need to replace something? Does this engine share some parts from the us bd6? Any help would be very helpful. (Destroy me in the forum all you want. I just need answers)

 

Hi, as far as I know it's a B6 head on a B5 block so everything in the head you should be able to source from 1.6 NA MX5 and 323F BG for example. Anything within the block might be a problem.
