The ECU in my 92 mx3 went out and I am trying to figure out what other cars it will interchange with so that i can go and get a ecu from a junkyard or something. Better yet does anyone know about how much will a brand new ECU. If anyone can help me out i thank you.

 

HI! I don't know about other models that may have the same ECU, but 323's used the same engine, 1.6 SOHC. I have a 92 that's a 5-spd I'm parting out. If yours is also a 5-spd, we may be able to make a deal. I'd be scared to see the price tag on a new one...

 

There are 6 or 7 different PCM's available for a 92 MX-3 depending on engine size, manual or auto trans, fed or cal emissions, etc. Almost need a VIN number to identify correct one. Mazda retail ranges from $647.60 to $1019.20 for remaned unit.
