I have a '94 MX-3 that has the airbag light on solid. Sometimes when I start the car it is not on, then suddenly turns on while I'm driving, but most of the time is just always on. I have done some searching on here and Google, but all of the information I am finding is about a blinking light, not a solid one. Is there something I can do to make it blink a code at me?

Another piece of important information:
I was in a minor front end collision about a week ago. Very minor damage, but it was enough to slightly tweak the hood latch enough that it sticks now. But the light didn't start coming on until just yesterday, so almost a full week of driving after that accident with no light.
