spare / donut for 2003 MPV

Anyone know a source for a new spare tire? As I understand it, a full size spare will NOT fit in the 03. I've been googling for 2hrs with no real luck. Nothing on feebay either. I'm wondering if the spare from one of the other Mazda models might cross over?
