No turn indicators / hazards

Okay. So I have a 2003 Mazda MPV LX. Three days ago, my driver side turn signal stopped working, the same thing with my hazards on. (My job requires my hazards to run while making deliveries.)
The indicator on the dash would flash normal speed but only for the passenger side. The only lights that were operational were my passenger side turn signals (whether turning or running my hazards).

Can someone please offer suggestions to fiX this?

Check fuses, check relays, check flasher unit or BCM/BEM, check bulbs.

The only fuse that I could locate is in the interior driver side panel, it's 10A and tested fine. I replaced all of the bulbs with brand new bulbs. I cannot locate the flasher unit. I have found the relay(s). Is it possible that this model has a seperate relay for the left and right turn signals?

I originally thought that the turn indicator switch (on the steering column) had went out, but my driver side bulbs aren't lighting up with my hazards on. Which is leading me to believe that the relay is bad.

I really don't want to have to pay money that I don't have to a mechanic.

Hi, I have the same problem with my 2002 mazda tribute. Driver side turn signal not working. Passenger side is fine. Did you find a fix for this.
