Need some help

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. We have a 2005 Mazda MPV. The CEL came on this morning and auto zone error codes were P2187 and P2189. The van is running fine but it has been idiling weird for a few months. It seems louder than it used to be and sometimes stays on a minute or 2 after we turn the car off. Anyone know what it could be and how much it's going to cost to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

I don't know much, but this is what I found so far. If you go to the following link, you'll probably get some sort of idea.

According to one of the users, they say:

P2187 and P2189: System Too Lean at Idle

A person named "Roast Beef" said he found that one of his vaccum hoses were disconnected. Read page 2 to get more info on that. I'm not sure if he fixed it or not. I also read somewhere that it could be a bad "purge solenoid valve" or a hose that's connected to the purge solenoid. If you look at your engine emission label, there should be a diagram showing the location of the purge solenoid.

One thing you can do is you can check all vaccum hoses on your engine. Check all hoses and make sure everything is connected and not loose or defective.

"Anyone know what it could be and how much it's going to cost to fix it?"...
I know that mazda parts are very expensive, even a piece of hose is more than $20. If you take it to your dealer, they will charge you diagnostic fee, parts, and labor. I'm guessing it'll cost more than $150 to get everything fixed. Over where I live, the diagnostic fee cost about $90.

check the pcv hoses, the one that comes off the intake(this is off the back ,toward firewall on a 2003) was collapsed and had hole, on 2003 it's a molded 90 elbow, about 85.00 from factory, there are two others, one at pcv valve, and one inbetween plastic tubing, these where hard.
