1994 MPV 155,000+ and going strong........No major Issue

 

IHA 92 MPV 4WD sport 3.0L w/ 207,000. Is that the same engine? Anyway, runs strong. There is a 'tick, tick' noise when starts but goes away after warm up. I've always assumed it has hydraulic lifters or something causing that noise. Lots of power. No leaks. Getting ready for overhaul. Any suggestions with such high mileage?

I have a 2000 with the 2.5. 150000K and no problems yet.

 

Not exactly a MPV but how about 193940 miles on an 03 Tribute with duratec engine. Not mine but worked on it today.

I've got a '92, 3 litre V6 in my MPV...I just hit 356000 K...a bit of lifter noise, but I fixed that for the time being. I'm still happy. K

 

Again, not an MPV but a 2002 Tribute with the 3.0l Duratec engine. Made it to just over 62,000 miles before sending the #2 connecting rod thru the side of the block.

 

Now 150 000 miles, good car!

 

1990 MPV 2.6ltr manual trans, 122,000mls is ingreat condition but starting to need things like wiper blades, tail gate lift struts, etc and also uses but doesnt burn 1ltr oil every 1000 miles.
