dvd/cd/tv stereo unit in '00 MPV

Just purchased an MPV ex Japan. Has a unit Nav/CD/TV/DVD/radio unit that is all in Japanese.

I am after:
1. A manual for the unit.
2. How to 'flash it' to display English.
3. Where to get Nav data to use for NZ.
