Last month I bought a 2000 mazda mpv from an auction. The car is not starting at all. At first, my mechanic thought that the problem is in the key since the key has a chip. I asked our local locksmith guy who specializes in cutting keys with a chip and reprogramming a emobilizer to help me but he couldn't reprogram the emobilizer because the emobilizer's light is not flashing. It seems like an alarm in the car is not working as well. I am desperately in need of advice or help on how to start the car. Please help me to figure out what can cause this situation and what can be the problem. Also, if anybody knows where I can get the wire diagram for this car, please let me know.
