P0335 - crankshaft position sensor A circuit Where is the location of the sensor? My car does not start. --------------------- EDIT 1: Ok I have found the location. I took out the sensor. Am I looking for ohms or volts? And by how much? EDIT 2: With some help from the net, I checked the sensor for voltage including ohms. I set my meter to auto AC. I got 0.0531 volts while cranking. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I measured for ohms and got 1.1331k ohms. I'm not sure if that's good or bad either. The car doesn't start, but when the vehicle is cold, I can get it to crank 3 times, but after that I have to wait about 20 seconds so I can crank it again. I've only cranked it about 6 times now. During cranking, I hear fuel surging a bit but the car is not starting. I try not to crank a lot because I'm afraid it will flood the spark plugs. Any ideas whether or not this sensor is good or bad? I really need help. ---------------------------- EDIT 3: FIXED |
Likewise on my '96 MPV! Was intermittent, now not so much, care to share what fixed yours in case mine gets bad again?
