2003 mazda mpv no power
 

i got a 2003 mpv that when battery is hooked to it you turn the key to on and have no dash lights or any power to try to start vehicle. heater works but no radio. hazards work but no blinkers. you can hear the fuel pump come on but nothing else. no mileage on dash. can someone please help me before i start throwing money in places not needed. thank you
