2001 MPV Stuttering/dooting
 

Hello. While driving our van at higher rpm’s and at take off the engine stutters intermittently, like a bogging sensation. I had a pcv leak and replaced the elbow hose and that didn’t correct it. It also makes a machine gunning doot, doot, doot sound from the air filter compartment at times too. Here’s a link to that:

And here are the following codes it’s showing:
P0102 - MAS or VAF, low input
P0300 - Multiple cylinder misfire
P0301 - cylinder 1 misfire
P0303 - cylinder 3 misfire
P0171 & 74 - lean bank 1 & 2 (possibly corrected with pcv hose replacement?)

Can someone please help me?
