Default Is there a way to disable traction control so I can drive !!!! 2000 Millenia S

I was hoping someone would know how to disable the traction control? I've tried disconnecting the ABS computer. Pulling the ABS fuse. Nothing works! after I've driven a few miles it starts pulling the same old crap....give it much gas at all and the engine stalls, along with the TCS lights coming on. I could care less about having ABS/TCS I just want to be able to get to work without the engine stalling everytime I need to accelerate. I've read many people have this problem and want to fix it....I just would like to do away with it completely. Someone please help!!! The dealership doesn't really know what to do...."it might cost a couple of thousand" according to them. Thanks, Joe

I am having the same problem with my 2000 millenia...I took it to pep boys to have the oil changed and tires rotated...simple right?.....wrong! My Abs light, TCS light and TCS OFF light all became illuminated on my way home...and the TCS switch on the center console will not work....the lights will go on and off as i drive, but I havent noticed any stalling or shifting problems with mine yet...Yikes..Someone please help!

Its not your traction control. I have the same problem. Dealership says that it could be a overheating module. Its fine until it gets hot. I have heard it could be anything from your throttle position sensor to your mass air meter. I went a month and a half without the tcs light coming on and out of the blue its back.
