Default Splash guards -fender wells

Are the splash guards the same on all the Millenias (year/model) ? I have one missing and one that is mangled.I know a junkyard that has about 10 Millenias, but not sure if all are the same.
I need to replace a parking light bulb, and it looks like I need to remove the fender well splash guards to get to one bolt that holds the headlight assembly in.These are fastened with phillips snap-in plugs ? Is it a matter of snapping these of and getting some new ones from (say) the help section at the local auto parts?

The wheel well liner for right and left side is same part number from 1995-2000. The philips snap in plug should be removeable and reuseable as well. Use a phillips screwdrivers to thread center part just like it was a screw. If the outer part is turning also then hold it still with a little pick.Once the center part is threaded out the outer should pop right out and be ready to use again.

I can see the power steering fluid revservoir from underneath the car, unlike the driver's side that has a splash pan in place.Looks like the fender well liner comes down and meets the lower one.Oh,BTW-so much for the junkyard-they crushed them.So I'll probably be going to the dealer and ordering what I need. One of the larger ones that are under the engine, the dealer told me 72 dollars.Kind if high for a piece of plastic, but not unreasonable considering my other options which for now are zilch........
