Source for this CD changer?

Looking for a working CD changer that looks like this one. Needs to have 6 buttons on the bottom.

Anyone know of a source? I believe it was found in a 1999 millenia.

How about \link below on ebay Jake. Do not think it actually fits 01-02 Tribute as seller claims but have not been able to find out what it fits. Looks very similar to a 2000 626 audio unit with 6 disc changer but parts computer shows that audio unit having an AM button in place of the SCAN in upper left corner. The one at link below looks to be perfect match though.

That is the exact radio and cd player I have in my 2000 S! So far I have only found 1 amp behind the drivers side rear seat in the trunk.Is the unit wired different than the ones with seperate amps for each speaker that I have read about?
