Alright, had taken a break from playing the role of puzzled Mazda tech, but here to participate once more. Had to zero-in a few weapons and blow away some rodents.
I found a repair order from 2008. On my 99 Millenia S & it states:
"Performed diagnostics and found codes: P0725 (Engine speed input sensor), P1525 (ABV solenoid valve vent), and P1540 (ABV control system) Needs camshaft positon sensors KJ01-18-221 and KJ01-18-230A and ABV solenoid valve KL01-18-741."
STFU, theres no vacuum leaks!

Ahhh.. I see this problem is common. U got it fixed?
