Default Optimizing Mazda for a budget

Hi all,

I recently purchased a second hand Mazda from 1996, I know it's a bad deal because it has 160K miles on it, but I still did it. The car looked ok.
It has more than plenty the HP's under the hood that I need.
I just wanted to know how I can optimize fuel consumption to a max,for only a small budget.

I'm thinking in the likes of the tornado fuel saver?
Perhaps a bigger or better airfilter?
Perhaps Led lamps in the whole car, or what can I do?

It currently has these type of Halogen headlights with lenses. They're pretty powerful, but when they die, can I find ledlights for them?
Are there ledlights for the trunklight (brake)?
