How can I view the details of a TSB
 

I found a TSB that sounds like my problem, but I can not see the TSB's detail. I looked at many and could not launch the TSB. can anyone help?

NHTSA's website. National Highway and Safety Administration keeps a detailed list of all Dealer submitted TSB's.

Keep in mind that TSBs are written having to do with exact model year and sometime VIN specific. Anything else that resembles your issues are not likely the same as what is on an actual TSB. I advise to have a service shop with an experienced mechanic and better a certified Auto mechanic or technician or Mazda diagnosis your issues.
