Heater will not blow out the bottom?

I have a 2002 Mazda Millenia and when you turn to heat the temp will get warm but will not blow out the bottom and if you turn to defrost it will not blow out the top can someone point me in the correct position? This car has the auto climate control also.

blende door. either stuck, or the stepper motor(actuator) is dead
