Could somebody please help me locate the fuel filter on my 95 Millenia w/a 2.5 v-6?

This is crazy as heck and i dont know why they did this, but the fuel filter is in the trunk. Its under this circular cover.

PS Dont forget to relieve the fuel pressure or you'll have a real mess
