Drive Cycle problem on 01 millenia s
 

the pcm will not show ready on the EVAP and the CATALYST. in Texas you can only have one system not up to pass inspection. I went through the drive cycles to set the pcm a dozen times, then I took the pcm out and sent it off to have it rebuilt and reprogramed. I put it back in and the same thing. I am lost now. anyone with simular problem?
