cylinder not firing?? - help!

Default cylinder not firing?? - help!
Ok - Code 301 Cylinder #1 misfire BUT cylinder #1 is getting a strong spark, good compression but the spark plug is coated with oil.

Any ideas? - help!

was it the rubber boot that soak with oil, or the spark plug it self ?

spark plug itself - For anyone interested I solved the firing problem - failed injector. Still have a slight oil leak I think I need a new valve cover gasket.
