I've been getting a faulty knock sensor code for the last couple years. The local vehicle inspection station consistently measures good emissions and I get great performance. This is the last year the inspection station will use actual test results and will instead, use the computer readout, which my car fails. I want to just bypass the sensor instead of trying to change it out (I couldn't even remove one on a junker, much less my car!). Has anyone tried doing that successfully, and if so, list the steps to take? Thanks, Tres
