Default 1995 Millenia P1195 code with rough idle and surging PLEASE HELP

I have a 95 Millenia and I am geting a P1195 and it idles really rough. Its a little rough in park but when i put it in gear it idles really really rough and usually ends up dying. also when normal driving it surges up and down. seems to do it more when the engine temp is at normal operating temp. I replaced idle air control valve with no change. cleaned egr ports in the throttle body and in egr its self. chased several other things around and i just need some help. Thanks.

Have you checked the mass air flow sensor? My 626 was doing the same thing that you are describing until i replaced it. Might be what you need

It is either the Boost Sensor, or if it is a 2.5l engine the intake manifold is clogged. It has to be taken off the engine & all the vacuum ports need to be properly cleaned out. They get clogged clogged from carbon buildup. Known problem on these cars.
