01 2.3KJ 144K Smokes on startup uses oil

My Millenia is looking to get expensive. Puts out a cloud of smoke on some cold startups for about 2 seconds. Uses oil at about a quart per 1200 to 1500 miles. Runs and drives fine with plenty of power. It gets 25 mpg. Also has a small oil leak at both ends of the crankshaft. Not enough to drip to the ground, just damp on bottom of motor.

Have looked inside the intercoolers and supercharger when I adjusted the valves and changed spark plugs. Oil drips out of the intercooler and there is a pool of oil inside the super charger. I know this isn't normal.

My question is, Is this oil positively coming from the supercharger or could it be worn out rings and blowby going into the intake thru the EGR? And how can I tell the difference? Is the supercharger lubricated with pressure fed oil from the engine or does it have it's own reservoir?

My friend thinks it's rings and have I changed the oil in the SC.
I think it's the SC unless there's no oil supply to the SC.
Or is it both?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Traditionally, oil smoke on start up is valve seal/guides, but since you have oil in the SC, I would guess (guess) a bad SC seal somewhere. I'm sure its engine oil lubricated, therefore something between the oil galley side and the actual compressor are leaking.
Rings?? I don't think so.
