Need advice from Miata folk please.
Hello thank you for reading this.
I currently own a 2008 Honda Accord that has slight door damage. I am the only owner of the car and it is paid off. It has perfect service records and my current mileage is 74,561. Here is where I don't know what to do...there is a beautiful 2006 Mazda Miata white with a brown top and brown leather interior. I see it everyday when I drive to work. I test drove a Miata 2003 before the Honda was bought. I loved the car but for reasons at the time I needed a backseat. With my damage on the Honda and appraiser cost I would come out about 750 ahead. My concern is that this miata is 2 years older than my current car and has 131,000 miles on it. I can see from carfax it has only had one owner, nonsmoker, and no accidents. Can anyone tell me about mileage and reliability on this year. Is this even something to consider? Thanks. |
Check its full service history & make sure its been fully serviced as per the manual and regularly. For piece of mind get a pre-purchase inspection carried out too.
Mileage is getting high, expect things to wear out. |
