So my friend calls me up and says "Hey man, you want a miata?" and I am like F*CK NO! haha
I told him I kinda just do rx7's and am not really into these cars. I know they are like the best little corner car and almost nothing is as fun but I just am not feeling the miata. So we started a little thing with a group of friends who enjoy meets, cruises and little courses and tracks we find in the PNW. Maybe its something you find interesting?
Project Peak Racers is a little group of car enthusiasts in the PNW who enjoy the Willamette and Santiam mountain ranges. Cruises, time attacks, head to head or touring runs are enjoyed and experiences shared on our social media pages.
A forest fire destroyed this campground on the top of the mountain a few years ago. The road was repaved and they are starting to open the grounds for rebuild. This was the perfect time to enjoy a little course that will be open to the public soon and traffic would make this impossible. So we got to enjoy a little closed course secret track.
All just for the fun of the drive. The lacking trees and current construction making it possible to barely fit in between the speed bumps and the closed off side roads made this a fantastic feeling track!
