Default Ideas, suggestions for protecting a soft top parked outside

I'm looking at getting a 3rd generation roadster that will be parked in my driveway 24/7/365. I'm looking for ideas, suggestions for protection against the sun in summer and the snow and ice in the winter. I have seen some roadsters with weathered-looking tops. TIA

Look for 303 Aerospace Protector and 303 Fabric Guard. The protector is for UV damage from the sun, and the fabric guard is a waterproof protector. Both excellent, just cover the glass and mask off the roof.

Hi, I have mx5 soft top, before this, PT Cruiser soft top, for 6 years, like a ruddy great tent it was.. NO garage. Out side 24/7, rain, snow sun. I have always used Febsel. Its a tent water proofer, you brush it on. Great stuff, The PT was still as new and now using it on the mx. I use it every couple of months, takes 20 mins and dries in half hr or so.
